about me
When understanding deepens in a class, violence has less room to exist.
I am a bullying and cyberbullying coach with a background in school-based work and trauma-informed practice.
I worked as a school-based specialist teaching staff member (Lehrfachkraft) with the Senat für Bildung, Jugend und Familie in Berlin.
My background also includes body-oriented approaches and training in developmental trauma (NARM).
workshop experience
Between 2015 and 2023, I worked directly in schools across Berlin — including public, independent, and alternative settings.
During intensive periods, I facilitated 30–60 workshops per year, working with children and adolescents in classroom settings.
I also led video projects in which students created short films on respect, inclusion, and bullying/cyberbullying.
school based work
From 2020 to 2025, I worked in a primary school and a special education/support center (Förderzentrum) in Berlin as part of a psychological and counseling team.
My work included case consultation, parent support, and collaboration with youth welfare services (Jugendamt), as well as involvement in school safety processes.
I also supported class dynamics, worked one-to-one with students in difficult situations, and supported children with trauma-related experiences.
today
Today, I support teens, parents, and schools in Polish and English.
My approach is calm, structured, and focused on clear, practical next steps.
My work is grounded in real-world school experience and focused on what helps in practice.

faq
What is bullying?
Bullying is not just a one-time conflict.
It is a repeated experience of exclusion, humiliation, or pressure — often within school or peer groups.
It can look like:
being left out or ignored
being mocked or insulted
subtle group dynamics where a child loses their place
What is cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying often continues where school ends.
Through messages, social media, or group chats, the pressure can follow a child into many areas of their life.
It can include:
hurtful messages or comments
exclusion from online groups
spreading rumors or images
constant digital pressure without a safe place to step back and recover
How do bullying and cyberbullying affect a child?
Many children don’t speak openly about what they are going through.
Instead, it often shows in more subtle ways — which parents and educators may begin to notice:
a loss of confidence
anxiety or emotional overwhelm
difficulty concentrating
withdrawing from friends or family
physical symptoms (such as headaches or stomach aches)
a growing sense of being alone or powerless
Is it confidential?
Yes. Conversations are treated confidentially within standard legal and ethical boundaries.
If there is a risk of harm, we will clarify together what protective steps may be needed.
Is this a therapy?
This is consultation and support focused on bullying and cyberbullying situations.
It is a practical support service and not a medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
If therapy or medical support is needed, I will help you plan the next steps.
Do you work with children and teenagers?
Yes. Depending on age and context, we agree on a safe structure and appropriate parent/guardian involvement.
